Section 50 · Hotel or Dakbungalow Licences

- Hotel or staging bungalow or Dakbungalow licences for the retail sale of foreign liquor cover retail sale-

(a)

for consumption on the premises only, and

(b)

only to persons actually residing in the hotel or bungalow for their own use, or for lodgers making a temporary halt and the licensee shall not sell foreign liquor for any other purpose or to any other person.
