Section 49 · Shop Licences

(1)

Shop Licences for the retail sale of foreign liquor shall be of two classes as described below:-

(a)

for retail sale, for consumption on the premises, and

(b)

for retail sale for consumption "off" the premises only.

(2)

A licensee holding a licence for retail sale for consumption 'off' premises shall not allow the consumption of foreign liquor on his premises and shall sale only in original sealed bottles.
