Section 343 · Repeal

- Subject to the provisions of this Chapter, -

(a)

the Bombay District Municipal Act, 1901 (Bombay III of 1901) and Bombay Municipal Boroughs Act, 1925 (Bombay XVIII of 1925) as in force in the Bombay area of the State;

(b)

the Central Provinces and Berar Municipalities Act, 1922, (C. P. and Berar II of 1922) as in force in the Vidarbha region of the State;

(c)

the Hyderabad District Municipalities Act, 1956 (Hyd. XVIII of 1956) as in force in the Hyderabad area of the State;
shall, on the appointed day, stand repealed.
