Section 100A · Application of Government Premises (Eviction) Act to municipal premises, with certain modifications

With effect from such date and in such municipal areas as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify, the 2Bombay Government Premises (Eviction) Act, 1955 (Bom.
