Section 341D · Abolition or alteration of a transitional area

- The State Government may, at any time, in accordance with the provision of this Act, by notification in the Official Gazette, -

(a)

constitute a transitional area or a part thereof to be a smaller urban area; or

(b)

include a transitional area or any part thereof within a smaller urban area.
