धारा 6 · Section 6

(1)

Executive Chairman shall be competent to take all decisions as may be required on behalf of the State Authority.

(2)

Legal Aid, Legal Advice or other legal services may be provided by the Executive Chairman to any person directly in respect of any matter before any court in Punjab.

(3)

Executive Chairman may review the cases where legal services have been refused by the District Authority and Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee.
