धारा 17 · Funds of the Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee

(a)

All the expenses of the Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee, for performing its functions, shall be met out of District Legal Aid Fund.

(b)

For the purpose of meeting incidental minor charges, such as court fee, stamps and expenditure necessary for obtaining copies of documents etc. a permanent advance of rupees one thousand may be placed at the disposal of the Chairman of the Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee by the District Authority from District Legal Aid Fund.
