धारा 4 · Journey by State Car

- A member making use of the State car allotted to him for a private purpose shall be reimbursed the expenses to incurred, on furnishing a cash receipt from the Minister's Car Section, indicating the name of the Member, date of journey, places visited and the amount paid by him :Provided that the total expenses incurred shall not exceed the amount of [seventy thousand rupees per annum] [Substituted by Haryana Notification No. 83-TA(Gnl)98/60 dated 30.9.1998.] as provided under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Act.Explanation. - A member shall include the Chief Minister, a Minister, a Minister of State, a Deputy Minister, the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker, the Chief Parliamentary Secretary and Parliamentary Secretary.[5 to 21.
