धारा 24 · Method of using forms and undertaking journeys, etc

(1)

Any member desiring to undertake a journey by ordinary or deluxe vehicle may reserve his seat in advance either on telephone or by sending a requisition in writing to the Bus Stand In-charge or the Adda In-charge at the authorised Bus Stop. No reservation charges shall be payable.

Any member desiring to undertake a journey shall, at the commencement of the journey, fill in the form appended to these rules and the counterfoil thereof and hand over the counterfoil to the conductor of the vehicle. He shall also show his identity card to the conductor of the vehicle. The conductor of vehicle shall then himself fill in the various columns of the counterfoil in the space left blank.

(3)

A separate form shall be used for each journey and in the case of change of vehicles separate forms shall be used for the journey undertaken by different vehicles.
