धारा 2 · Definition

(1)

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, -

(a)

"Act" means the Haryana Legislative Assembly (Allowances of Members) Act, 1975;

(b)

"Secretary" means the Secretary of the Haryana Legislative Assembly;

(d)

[ "family" means the wife or the husband, as the case may be, of a Member, his legally adopted children, his legitimate children, his parents and his widowed daughters residing with him and wholly dependent on him [and includes any other person accompanying him to took after and assist him.] [Added by H.G.N. (e)

"mode of transport" means any conveyance including private taxi.]
