धारा 23 · Direction of State Government to impose or modify taxes

(1)
The State Government, may, by special or general order require the Chief Administrator to impose any tax not already imposed at such rate and within such period as may be specified in the order and the Chief Administrator shall thereupon act accordingly.(2)
The State Government may require the Chief Administrator to modify, enhance or reduce the rate of any tax already imposed and there-upon the Chief Administrator shall modify the tax as required within such period as the State Government may direct.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
