धारा 19 · Custody and investment of funds

(1)

The Administration Fund shall be kept in a Government Treasury situated within the Faridabad Complex or in any Schedule Bank.

(2)

The Administration may, invest any portion of its Funds in such securities or in such other manner as may be prescribed with the approval of the State Government.

(3)

The income resulting from such securities and the proceeds of the sale of the same shall be credited to the Administration Fund.
