धारा 13 · Contracts

- [(1) All contracts up to rupees ten lacs in value or as may be notified by the State Government from time to time, for and on behalf of the Administration shall be entered into by the Chief Administrator.] [Rule (1) Substituted by Haryana Act No. 9 of 1991.]

(2)

Every contract or transfer of immovable property belonging to the Administration exceeding ten thousand rupees in value made by or on behalf of the Administration, shall be in writing and shall be signed by the Chief Administrator.

(3)

No contract or transfer of the description mentioned in this section executed otherwise than in conformity with the provisions of this section shall be binding on the Administration.
