धारा 11 · Delegation of certain powers

(1)

The State Government may delegate any of its powers under this Act, by notification, to any of its officers subject to such conditions as it may impose.

(2)

Unless otherwise provided, the Chief Administrator may by notification, with the approval of the State Government delegate his powers except those under Section 13, to his junior officers and the delegation shall continue until revoked.

(3)

The delegation may be by name or by designation.
