Section 64 · Repayment of loan

Every loan raised by the Corporation under section 61 shall be repaid within the period approved under that section and by such of the following methods as may be approved by the State Government, namely:-
(a)
from a Sinking Fund established under section 66 in respect of such loan, or(b)
partly from such Sinking Fund and partly from the loan raised for the purpose under section 61.Your private note on this section
