Section 250 ·

(1) No person shall keep any shop or place for retail sale of drugs not being articles of ordinary domestic consumption without or otherwise than in conformity with the terms of a licence granted by the Chief Executive Officer. (2) Every person to whom a licence is granted under sub-section (1) in respect of any shop or place shall display it in some conspicuous part of such shop or place. Manufactory or place of storage for sale of food kept in contravention of provisions of this Chapter to be closed.
