Section 239 ·

No person shall, without or otherwise than in conformity with the terms of a licence granted by the Chief Executive Officer in this behalf,- (a) carry on within Asansol or at any municipal slaughter-house outside Asansol the trade or business of a butcher, or (b) sell or expose or hawk about for sale any animal or any meat or fish intended for human consumption in any place other than a municipal market or a private market.
