(1) The Chairman or, in his absence, a member of the panel of Presiding Officers nominated under section 43 shall preside at every mecting of the Corporation: Provided that when a meeting is held to consider a motion for the removal of the Chairman, the Chairman shall not preside at such meeting. (2) In the absence of the Chairman and all members of the panel of the Presiding Officers as aforesaid from a meeting of the Corporation, the elected members present shall choose from amongst themselves one member to preside over the meeting. (3) The Chairman or the person presiding over a meeting of the Corporation shall have and exercise only a casting vote in all cases of equality of votes and not otherwise.
