Section 9 · Dismantling of any work on request by Commissioner

(1)
The Chief Executive Officer shall on receipt of a request made by the Commissioner, make arrangements to dismantle any structure on the metro railway to be opened with a view to make complete examination of the details or workmanship of the structure, as quickly and completely as possible.(2)
The Commissioner, while requesting the dismantling of the structure, shall be responsible to see that such dismantling does not affect the utility or strength of the structure, unless dismantling is necessary for its proper inspection.Your private note on this section
