Section 12 · Provisions for handling traffic at stations

(1)

The Commissioner shall satisfy himself that at every station on the part of Delhi metro railway proposed to be opened-

(a)

adequate provision has been made for handling of passenger traffic

(b)

arrangements have been made for easy access by road ; and

(c)

adequate fire-protection and disaster management measures have been taken along with arrangements for safe evacuation of passengers.
