धारा 35 · Penalty for possession of certain prohibited documents

- Whoever knowingly has in his possession any newspaper, book or other document -
(a)
the importation of which has been prohibited under [the Sea Customs Act, 1878,] [The Sea Customs Act, 1878 repealed by the Customs Act, (52 of 1962)] or(b)
copies whereof have been declared to be forfeited to [Government] [Words substituted for the words 'His Majesty's' by Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] under any law for the time being in force,अपराध एक नज़र में
