धारा 7 · Fair rent of wet lands in Wynaad and Gudalur taluk

- Notwithstanding anything contained in sections 5 and 6, in the case of wet lands situated in [xxx] [The words 'the Wynaad taluk of the Malabar district and' were omitted by clause 3 of and the Schedule to, the Madras Adaptation of Laws Order, 1957.] the Gudalur taluk of the Nilgiris district-
(i)
if the lands have been converted into wet by the tenant's labour, fair rent shall be one-twentieth of the gross paddy produce of the land and an amount equal to the annual assessment and local cesses payable in respect of the land;(ii)
in other cases, fair rent shall be one-twelfth of the gross paddy produce of the land and an amount equal to the annual assessment and local cesses payable in respect of the land.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
