धारा 12 · Fair rent of wet land not used by tenant as such

- Notwithstanding anything contained in sections 5 to 11, where a wet land is not used as such by the tenant, the fair rent payable in respect of the land shall not be less than the fair rent which would have been payable if it had been used as wet land.
