धारा 97 · Functions of the Chairman of Faculties

(1)
The Chairman of a Faculty shall be responsible for the due observance of the Statutes, regulations relating to that faculty.(2)
The Chairman shall preside over the meeting of the faculty and shall record its proceedings.(3)
The Chairman shall have a right to be present and speak at the meeting of the Committees of Course relating to his faculty but not to vote thereat unless he is a member thereof.(4)
