धारा 20 · Meetings of the Board

(1)

The Registrar shall act as the Secretary of the Board.

(2)

At the Annual Meeting of the Board the Annual Report of the University, including the following shall be considered:-

(a)

A review of the progress made in different spheres of the activities of the University:

(b)

A statement of the receipts and disbursement:

(c)

The strength of the academic and administrative and other staff and position and remuneration of the members of the said staff on the 31st March;

(d)

The strength of the students in various classes in each College/School with specialisation;

(e)

An estimate of the receipt and expenses for the next following year; and

(f)

The Balance Sheet and Audit Report.

(3)

Concurrence of a majority of all the members of the Board shall be necessary to remove an officer or a teacher whose appointment vests with the Board.
