धारा 46 · Service Conditions of the Officers

(1)

The term and conditions of service including emoluments and allowances of the Officers of the University as are deputed to the University from the State Government Service shall be such as the State Government may decide in agreement with the University.

(2)

The service conditions of the officers of the University other than those specified in clause (1) above shall be governed by the following rules to be framed by the State Government:-

(i)

University of Udaipur Officers, Service Rules:

(ii)

University of Udaipur Officers, (Emoluments and Allowances Rules and any other rules prescribing the general conditions of service or terms of contract of the employees or the University and for the time being in force, which may be made applicable to the Officers of the University by order of the State Government.
