- 153विशेष न्यायालयों का गठन। - (1) राज्य सरकार, धारा 135 से 139 में निर्दिष्ट अपराधों के शीघ्र निपटारे के प्रयोजन से, आधिकारिक राजपत्र में अधिसूचना द्वारा, ऐसे क्षेत्र या क्षेत्रों के लिए, जैसा कि अधिसूचना में निर्दिष्ट किया जाए, उतने विशेष न्यायालयों का गठन कर सकती है जितने आवश्यक हों।
- 154विशेष न्यायालय की प्रक्रिया एवं शक्तियाँ। - (1) दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (2 ऑफ 1974) में किसी बात के होते हुए भी, धारा 135 से 139 के अंतर्गत दंडनीय प्रत्येक अपराध पर विचारणीय न्यायालय द्वारा ही होगा, जिसके अधिकार क्षेत्र में ऐसा अपराध किया गया हो।
- 155Special Court to have powers of Court of Session - Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, shall apply to the proceedings before the Special Court and for the purpose of the provisions of the said enactments, the Special Court shall be deemed to be a Court of Session and shall have all powers of a Court of Session and the person conducting a prosecution before the Special Court shall be deemed to be a Public Prosecutor
- 156Appeal and revision - The High Court may exercise, so far as may be applicable, all the powers conferred by Chapter XXIX and XXX of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), as if the Special Court within the local limits of the jurisdiction of the High Court is a District Court, or as the case may be, the Court of Session, trying cases within the local limits of jurisdiction of the High Court
- 157Review - The Special Court may, on a petition or otherwise and in order to prevent miscarriage of justice, review its judgement or order passed under Section 154, but no such review petition shall be entertained except on the ground that it was such order passed under a mistake of fact, ignorance of any material fact or any error apparent on the face of the record
