धारा 299 · General penalty

- Whoever -
(a)
does or omits to do any act in contravention of any provisions of this Act, or the rules or by-laws made thereunder; or(b)
disobeys or fails to comply with any lawful direction given by any written notice or order issued by or on behalf of a Council under any power conferred by or under this Act; or(c)
fails to comply with the conditions subject to which any permission or licence was given to him by or on behalf of a Council under any power conferred by or under this Act; or(d)
when lawfully called upon by the Chief Officer or any officer duly authorised to supply an information in his possession which may be required for the purpose of this Act or of any rules or by-laws made thereunder, fails to supply such information or wilfully supplies false information;अपराध एक नज़र में
