धारा 9 · Minutes of Meetings

- The Registrar shall attend every meeting of the Executive Committee and keep a record of the names of members present and of the proceeding at each meeting in a minute book to be maintained for the purpose. The minutes shall be authenticated by the signature of the President or, as the case may be, the Chairman after confirmation in the manner provided in rule 11, and a copy of such authenticated minutes shall be sent to the Surgeon-General with the Government of Maharashtra and the State Government.Section 33(2)(ea)
