धारा 2 · Definitions

- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-
(a)
"Act" means the Bombay Homoeopathic and Biochemic Practitioners' Act, 1959.(b)
"Executive committee" means the executive Committee of the Board constituted under sub-section (1) of section 15-A, or as the case may be, the Executive Committee of the Court constituted under sub-section (1) of section 19-A;(c)
"Member" means a member of the Executive Committee;(d)
