धारा 4 · Term of Office of Members of Executive Committee

(1)
The term of office of the members of an Executive Committee shall be for a period of one year from the date of their election;Provided that, the term of office of the outgoing members shall be deemed to extend to and expire with the day immediately preceding the date on which their successors are elected.(2)
