धारा 75 · Section 75

(1)

Remittances to the treasury to the credit of the Municipal Fund shall be accompanied by a challan in Form No. 59.

(2)

The challan shall be prepared in duplicate showing the details of the remittance and the head of account to which the amount is to be credited and shall be signed by the Chief Municipal Officer or by any other officer of the Municipality authorised by the Finance or the Standing Committee in this behalf.
