धारा 168 · Section 168

To enable a proper check upon the oil consumed a scale shall be prepared showing the quantity of oil consumed in a given lime by lamps of different patterns in use in the Municipality. A copy of the sanctioned scale shall be kept in each oil godown. The Superintendent or the Head Clerk shall periodically check the consumption of oil.
