Section 41 · Powers of [Council] [Word substituted by W.B. Act 3 of 1994.]

The [Council] [Word substituted by W.B. Act 3 of 1994.] shall refer to the General Council for approval the following matters, namely :-

(a)

all proposals for making regulations or by-laws under the provisions of this Act;

(b)

all cases affecting the relations of Government with the General Council.
