Section 15 · Publication of results of elections

Act 3 of 1994.] to the General Council shall be published by the Government in the Official Gazette and upon such publication, [the General Council shall, notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, be deemed] [Words substituted by W.B. [ The names of persons nominated to the General Council by the Government or the Chairman of the General Council, as the case may be, shall be published by the Government in the Official Gazette.] [Sub-section (2) inserted by W.B. Act 3 of 1994.]
