Section 145 · Agent

Where any act, other than the making of an affidavit, is required by or under this Act to be done by a person before the Registrar, that act may, instead of being done by that person himself, be done by any person duly authorised in the prescribed manner under the rules made in this behalf, who-
(a) is a legal practitioner; or
(b) is a person registered as a trade mark agent in the prescribed manner; or
(c) is a person exclusively and regularly employed by the proprietor.
