Section 120 · Punishment for abetment in India of acts done outside India

If any person, being within India, abets the doing of any act outside India which, if done in India, would be an offence under this Act, he may be tried for such abetment at any place in India where he is found, and shall be punished with the punishment to which he would be punishable if in that place he himself committed the act which he abetted.
