Section 121 · Instructions of Central Government regarding permissible variations for compliance by criminal courts

The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, issue instructions regarding the extent of variation in number, quantity, measure, gauge or weight which shall be permissible by criminal courts in the case of any goods.
