The minimum size of a private garage shall not be less than 2.75 x 5 metres. The clear height of the garage shall not be less than 2.75 metres. The plinth of the garage shall not be less than 15 centimetres above the average ground level.(2)
A garage shall not be permitted in the side set back and shall not be used for habitable purposes. The area of garage be counted towards covered area.Your private note on this section
