(1)
The plinth of the main building shall be so located with respect to surrounding ground level that adequate drainage of the site is assured. The minimum height of the plinth shall not be less than 40 centimetres in case of habitable rooms and not less than 15 centimetres in case of stables, garages etc.(2)
Every courtyard shall be raised at least 15 centimetres above the level of the nearest and street shall be satisfactorily drained.Your private note on this section
