Section 61 · Appeal against rejection of an application for membership

(1)
Where an application for membership has been rejected under sub-section (4) of Section 19 an appeal shall lie to the Registrar.(2)
The provision of Rules 59 and 60 mutatis-mutandis apply to the presentation and disposal of the appeal under sub-rule (1).Your private note on this section
