(1)
Where the Registrar is taking actions under Section 18-A of the Act, he shall issue a public notice of the proceedings of the deregistration, to be published in a local daily newspaper and a copy of such notice shall also be given to the affiliated society and creditor society, if any.(2)
The official assignee appointed under sub-section (2) of Section 18-A, shall be paid such remuneration and allowances as the Registrar may determine from time to time.]Your private note on this section
