Section 30 · [ Rate of contribution. [Substituted by notification No. 2561-1774-XV-1, dated 8-7-77.]

- The contribution to be made by a society under Clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 43 shall be-

(a)

one and one half, per cent of the net profit where the net profit does not exceed fifteen lakh rupees; and

(b)

two per cent of the net profit, where the net profit exceeds fifteen lakh rupees].
