captive animal
यह परिभाषा अधिनियम की परिभाषा-धारा से ली गई है।
any animal (not being a domestic animal) which is held in captivity or confinement, whether permanently or temporarily, or which is kept confined or tethered or which is maimed or appears to be maimed, by the use of any appliance or device for the purpose
