धारा 206 ·

(1) No person shall keep any shop or place for retail sale of drugs not being articles of ordinary domestie consumption without or otherwise than in conformity with the terms of a licence granted by the Commissioner. (2) Every person to whom a licence is granted under sub-section (1) in respect of any shop or place shall display it in some conspicuous part of such shop or place. Manufactory or place of storage or sale of food kept in contravention of provisions of this Chapter may be clused.
