धारा 35 · Rule 40 Committee. - There shall be a Rule 40 committee consisting of two members, duly elected by the council amongst the members. The chairman of the committee shall be member of Bar Council of India from the state council. The meeting of Rule 40 committee may be called by the chairman at least once in three months
