धारा 30 · Enrollment Committee. - There shall be an enrollment committee consisting of three members, duly elected by the council from amongst its members. The committee meet as and when the general meeting of the council is held, However if the general meeting of the council is held beyond one month, the chairman of the enrollment committee may call even earlier the meeting of enrollment committee
