धारा 117 · Fees chargeable for the processes of execution

(1)

The fees chargeable for the processes of execution shall be at the rates specified in Schedule IV.

(2)

Where, in connection with the proceedings on an application under section 143, any person requires the issue of any process, or objects to any process issued, or proposed to be issued, or requires the adjournment of any proceedings or objects to any order passed, he shall pay such fee at the rate specified in Schedule IV.

(3)

Persons employed in serving notices or other processes under these rules shall be entitled to batta at such rates as may, from time to time, be fixed by the Registrar.
