धारा 12 · Repeal and Savings

- The Industrial Disputes (Rajasthan Amendment) Ordinance, 1983 (Ordinance No. 9 of 1983) is hereby repealed.

Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the principal Act as amended by the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the principal Act as amended by this Act as if sections 6 and 10 of this Act had come into force on the 21st day of October, 1983.
