धारा 4 · Preliminary scrutiny of application

(1)

On receipt of an application, the Tribunal shall satisfy itself than-

(a)

The application is complete in all respects, and

(b)

Opposite part has, prima facie, an obligation to maintain the applicant in terms of section 4.

(2)

In case the Tribunal finds any lacunac in the application, it may direct the application or rectify the same within a reasonable time.
